The thing that I love the most about Cebu is proximity. I can be in the city, or the mountains, or the beach in less than an hour. But unfortunately that’s already a myth. Blame it on the traffic!
Living in Mactan, I travel to Cebu City on a daily basis for work and I have to endure the heavy vehicular build up in three cities- Lapu-lapu, Mandaue and Cebu. My current average travel time from my home to Cebu City is 1.5 hours one way, and can extend up to three during rush hours. Come to think of it, I can finish a 2km run in 30 minutes, do a full work out in 1.5 hours and read an entire book in three. I feel extremely unproductive spending more time driving than doing the things that truly matters.
To solve this dilemma, I have been looking around for a place in Cebu City, and gladly found one that suits the criteria. The Median is a stone-throw away from everything – business districts, malls, restaurants, gym and all else.
Citrineland, an affiliate of Innoland Development Corporation, came up with The Median. It caters to the enthusiastic generation: go-getters, young professionals, pet lovers, social buddies and many more. It aims to allow the society to enjoy smart living at an affordable price, without sacrificing comfort and quality of living. This allows people to do more out of their little time and be more in life.
That’s the Median in the middle! Conveniently located in Lahug, living at The Median can definitely save me two to three hours travel time every day, giving me more time to do what is important and what matters to me the most. The Median Tranche 2 Studio Units are still available, with prices ranging from 2M – 3M, and 4.1M – 4.8M for the single bed units.
You can check out The Median Showroom at Salinas Drive across TESDA, just right outside I.T Park. It is open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
