Travel: Ilocos, Philippines

Getting to explore this side of the country made me realize how diversely charming the Philippines is. Ilocos is definitely a different kind of beautiful!

Exploring Vigan Ilocos Sur gave me a good visual on how a town in our country looked like during the colonial era. Stories told by museum guides helped me even more in imagining how Filipinos lived during that epoch.

Ilocos Norte on the other hand exuded an enchanting appeal with its breezy, cool weather and scenic views. Truly magical!
